What are the maintenance tips for the air purifiers and the filters?

Unit Cleaning Clean outside of unit as necessary by wiping with a dry, soft cloth; for stubborn stains, use a warm, damp cloth. Do not use volatile fluids such as benzene, paint thinner, or scouring powder, as they may damage the unit surface. Keep the unit dry. Clean the top part(air out let) periodically, as it may become dirty. Replacement filter The REPLACEMENTF ILTER INDICATOR will signal when to replace the HEPA filter. The clean/replacement period will vary depending on the hours of usage, air quality and location of the unit. Please note that the carbon filter needs to be changed every 3 months or as needed. For best performance, change the Humidifier Filter every three months.
The remote control does not work.

Check whether the remote control is aimed toward the machine. Is there any obstacle between the remote control and the product? Is the remote control battery installed correctly? please remove the plastic film to power on the remote control.
The air quality indicator keeps flashing after replacing the filter.

Please press and hold the power button for 7secondes to reset the filter life.
